Daily & Extended Stay Rates
The LivINN Hotel offers Daily & Extended Stay Rates on most of their guestrooms and suites. Whether you are staying for one or two nights, or for several weeks, LivINN offers great accommodations and amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Should you be part of a company or group needing accommodations in our area and want to establish a special rate, please contact our hotel directly for rates on bookings of 10 or more rooms and companies needing an established local rate account.
Below is general information about our hotels:
All Daily & Extented Stay Room Rentals
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee.
- Valid, positive photo ID is required at check-in.
- Check-in time: 3 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11 a.m.
- Cancellation Policy: 5pm day of arrival to avoid a no show charge.
- No pets permitted.
- A limited number of cribs are available at no charge.
- Self parking is available at no charge.
- All rooms are subject to a $1.19 USD per day charge for phone and safe fee.
- A late checkout is available at a charge of a half day room & tax after 11am until 3pm, then a full day charge will be assessed.
- Family Policy – Children 17 and under stay free with an accompanying adult in the same room.

Extented Stay Rentals
A Extended Stay Rental Agreement will be presented at check in and signed by the guest explaining all the rules and policies for this discounted rate. Some items listed in this agreement include but are not limited to the following:
- A $70 refundable deposit is required at check in. The deposit will be refunded at check out if the room is returned in the same condition as when it was rented to the guest.
- For locations that serve breakfast, a daily breakfast fee may be assessed, inquire what these charges are at check in.
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at check in. This is for administration fees associated with the extended stay agreement as well as a final cleaning charge at check out.
- A background check may be administered at check in for your protection and the protection of all our guests.
- Extended Stay rent must be paid in advance for the entire week and not on a daily basis.
- Early check outs are not entitled to any refunds.
- Rooms are cleaned once a week and a “terry & linen” change is provided once a week. Guests may not refuse access by hotel employees for these cleaning and safety assignments. Guests may turn in terry and linen at the front desk in exchange for clean items on non-cleaning days
